Custom Incentive Plan Development: Built incentive plans for Administrators, Development Leaders, Finance Operations teams, Group Presidents, Regional Presidents, and Support Services staff and leaders.
Custom Compensation Enablement: Created a central custom compensation template and a dummy template to act as a placeholder for incentive plan attainment and payout data, feeding into the custom compensation statement.
Variable Pay Module Implementation: Delivered functionality to design and manage bonus programs, integrating them with merit planning and compensation processes.

Standardized Incentive Programs
Eight distinct annual incentive plans covering administrators, finance leaders, development leaders, group and regional presidents, and support services were consolidated and managed centrally in SuccessFactors. This eliminated fragmentation and provided a unified approach to incentive planning across the organization
Custom Compensation Template
A new custom compensation template, along with a dummy placeholder template, was built to manage attainment and payout data. This ensured accurate, automated feeding of data into custom compensation statements, reducing errors and manual work.
Variable Pay Implemnetation
The SuccessFactors Variable Pay module was successfully implemented, supporting diverse bonus programs for facility CEOs, finance leaders, regional leaders, and more. This gave the organization a scalable way to manage variable pay programs and integrate them with broader compensation strategies.
Greater Efficiency and Compliance
