The Goal Management dashboard, built on Fiori design principles, provides a consistent, user-friendly interface for tracking and managing team and individual goals. It integrates with Continuous Performance Management to monitor progress, identify delays, and report on goal status, start and due dates, helping managers drive accountability and performance across the organization.
Aligning individual goals with higher-level organizational objectives enhances both employee and business performance. Goal visibility can be tailored public goals offer broader transparency across peers and reporting lines, while private goals restrict access to the employee and their managers, with permissions managed accordingly.
Goal Categories allow organizations to segment and organize goals, aligning them with frameworks like Balanced Scorecards, corporate values, or specific reporting dashboards. Threaded Feedback enables ongoing, timestamped updates on goals directly within the goal plan, supporting a continuous performance approach and feeding into performance forms for comprehensive tracking.
